Conditions of Sale

• All tours are conducted by a SATOUR registered guide.
• All vehicles are insured for passenger liability.
• Bookings can be made 7 days a week.
• RSA Hotel check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out before 11:00
• All tour departure and arrival times are approximate
• Luggage and personal items are carried at your own risk.
• Ocean & Vine Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers.
• Please ensure valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times.
• All tour prices include V.A.T. which is non-refundable on all tours.
• Visa and Master Card payments are welcome.
• Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• A deposit of 50% of the tour quote is required to confirm a tour booking.
• All tour, flight and accommodation bookings and prices are subject to availability and to change.

Cancellation policy for tour bookings is as follows:

Percentage of your deposit refundable to you:

30+ days: 75% of deposit refunded

14+ days: 50% of deposit refunded

7+ days: 25% of deposit refunded

< 7 days: no refund

In the event of pre-booked accommodation being cancelled, including specials packages, Ocean & Vines Tours follows the cancellation policy of the respective accommodation company.
